Please note that client and photographer application support is located within your log in area. This support only covers support issues relating to trying log into our system. We do not offer any support to anyone except member photographers and their clients.

  • Every time I try to log in I am returned to the log in screen
  • You must have sessions enabled to log into our system. These are cookies that are NOT written to your hard drive and are not used to collect any information about you. They are a means of us knowing you have permission to be logged into our system
  • I've forgotten my log in information
  • You can have your log in information emailed to the email address on file by using our Forget Login Page
  • I received an email saying I have a proof sheet ready. What do i do now?
  • Your photographer uses our service to allow you to review your proofs on-line. Simply log in with the username and password that were supplied in the contact email to review your pictures.
  • I received an email but I haven't hired a photographer
  • If you have received a contact email from one of our member photographers but have not hired a photographer we apologize. We suspect one of our members made a mistake when entering a contact email. Please forward the contact email to bad-notices@eproofsheet.com We will notify the photographer to correct the problem immediately and again we apologize for any confusion.
  • Do you offer any other means of payment besides monthly on-line billing?
  • If you are a photographer who wishes to use our service but would prefer not to have your credit card billed monthly please Contact Us to set up an alternative payment method. We do accept payments via business check, along with a purchase order, but limit these type of accounts to a minimum 6 month up-front payment.
  • Do you offer smaller or larger plans?
  • If you require a custom plan we are more than happy to work with you to meet your needs. Please Contact Us to discuss your specific needs
